Maintaining Emergency Operations Plans Comprehensive Guide (CPG) 101." We follow CPG-101's six-step planning process to develop whole community, action-oriented plans tailored to your unique situation that guide your team responding to all threats and hazards.
Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP)
Whether your jurisdiction is at the state, tribal, or local level, we develop disaster preparedness HMPs in compliance with the applicable FEMA guidance for your level of government to reduce loss of life and property by minimizing the impact of disasters.
Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plan
Whether you are at the Federal, state, territorial, tribal, or local levels, we craft COOP plans in accordance with the appropriate FEMA Continuity Circular to help ensure your Primary Mission Essential Functions (PMEFs) continue to be performed during a the full range of threats and hazards.
Cybersecurity Plan
There may be nonmoral ubiquitous and rapidly-evolving threats than cyberattacks. We use the National Institute of Standards and Technologies (NIST) Cybersecurity Framework to develop cybersecurity plans to help build and execute your cybersecurity program.
Border and Infratsrructre Security Plans
While the Federal Government is primarily responsible for securing our borders, tribal and local governments in close proximity to the border must protect their own whole community members and infrastructure in a manner that is integrated with other local, state, tribal, and Federal partners. We develop integrated security strategies and plans that provide a comprehensive approach to borer and infrastructure protection.
Crisis Action Plan (CAP) and Incident Action Plan (IAP)
We garnered extensive experience during the response to and recovery from COVID-19 in creating CAPs and IAPs for our tribal partners. We can provide limited response and recovery planning support.
